Well pretty much what has already been said. Except I wouldn't say clearer samples I would say completely different samples. I'm not sure if clarity was the issue but the snares just don't sound right for what you are going for. Definitely turn the bass down just a bit in the mix and take whatever ...

If I am using a sound effect from a movie, let's say the clicking noise from the movie Predators, is that against copyright? Or would I legally be allowed to sell a track with that noise on it.
