Would I not have to cut with a 48db filter tho on my bands to avoid phasing issues?

Also I was having trouble with which frequencies I should split my bands into when re-sampling.

I usually low cut at 30-300hz for lows, then 300-3000hz for mids then 3000hz onwards for highs?

That sound about right?
