Re: How do you Trench?
You do some wubs, and some wubbles, and maybe some wobbles in an 8 bar pattern, then you repeat for the entire song except the mid song rise or build. Somewhere after the first 16 bars drop out the kick drum of the first beat of a bar. Profit.

Re: Korg Nanokontrol
I honestly don't know how much mixing "control" you would get using tiny faders like those. :/

Re: Dubstep/Brostep tutorials/advices
Manuals are a great resource to learn exactly how the program in question works. On a side note I would recommend Mixerman's books. Zen and the Art of Mixing, and Zen and the Art of Producing. Both great reads.

Re: so what happened with bitwig then?
yes, I can handle way more plugins now. Delay playing my drum pad for example is way better now as well. you also get a visual display for delay per track, including the master. I usually have about 56 ms on master with a full production.

The way bitwig handles plugins is worlds ahead of ableton imo.

Re: so what happened with bitwig then?
Lol I actually hated it when I first tryed it out around when it was first release and hated it. I've been using it in my recent productions for almost everything and love it now. Gui was weird. I expected it to be more like ableton but its really its own thing.
