I doesn't sound like SeamlessR or anything like that though. It's made in Fm8, and is the further processed by a phaser and EQ ...

Phasers are essentially just notching the sound. Try mimicking the phaser with an EQ then modulation one or two of the notches. That usually sounds really cool.
