Just want to point out you don't even have audio effects selected in the image...but if nothing shows up you need to take that question to the ableton support forums.

You can turn down the volume however you like. Just don't do it by turning down the master fader, or putting a plugin on the master (such as a limiter) and turning down the gain. -3db on the master is fine too, -6db is great, but dont lose sleept if your peaking at -2.5db, but you have a good mixdow...

I did some very light mastering on the track just for purposes of sharing it with you guys for preview. After the mastering plugs are turned off it peaks at -3db.
