Maybe even no mastering at all?
I read somewhere that four tet doesnt master and his tunes sound rather delightfull, I do think snakethread doesnt send it to get mastered at least since he has put up pics of his masters on fb :p

Anyone have a massive preset?

I'm playing around with 2 osc, but I'm not getting it right, any tips?
Should one use delay to get some more movement?

That makes sense, It is very minimal.

How do you think he has mastered it? Outboard gear or simply software?

like eliash said, make your chords, bounce and import. in the intro it sounds like there a "slowdown" effect/fade, really short tho.

yep! search for like vintage drum samples or something, theres loads of 808 kicks on the interwebz!
