it does work... if you have a heavy bassline an your drums are being drownd out then add vstdynamics and use soft clip.... now every time the kick hits the bass will compensate so you can hear both. is this not the perpose of side chaining??????????

my m8 cimon built this sub and you couldnt roll a joint if you sat on it. it looked pretty small but man was it loud. i can remember my hair moving under my hat lol... new tunes up on my space to test your subs out...

easiest way to side chain in cubase is to open vstdynamics and use this on every track with bass sound. thats how i was tought to do it. it doesnt actually say sidechain but thats what it does and with quality...

pm 8bit and tell him i told you we know someone that has made his own sub.... he is in contact with him an he could get you some rough schematics..... its do able from what ive seen. good luck.
