once you've sliced to new midi track you're going to have a rack full of the slices, so just goto the sampler with the particular sample you wanna pitch up/down and goto the transpose box. not sure what you mean about inserting midi grooves, does that mean midi patterns? should be able to just drag...

If I drag and drop a drum break in and slice to new midi track, how do I then pitch individual slices? Also, how can I insert midi grooves into the piano roll of a specific track? Before you tell me to RTFM, I have tried, and it's fucking massive, can't find exactly what I want.
