You know what? It's been far too long. A lot has happened, things have changed since the last release from the south London based members of Ghost decided to try new things. EL-B got a taste for UK Hip Hop, I tried my hand at a bit of presenting for the BBC and the others...Well ...

Wassup gang.....just thought i'd let you know i'm gettin back into the swing of things production wise and with that i've posted a new demo on myspace. Some feed back would be great!

I Really appreciate all the love that's been shown towards me and Underground knowledge. I do miss doing the show and all that came with it but I guess change is good sometimes.

I've taken a long time outta music to find out whether i still wanted to continue with it to the same capacity as before ...
