nah it's not, it's wicked, load ur own samples into it, and use seperate audio channels to eq and effect, and there's nothing u cant do (apart from reverse dang)

I have the microKONTROL and it is falling to bits. About 3 of the knobs don't work and I am a careful user not heavy handed. The small keys although fine are just not as good full size keys.
