this track has grime rhythm, and grime rhythms are usually experimental in their nature. some ppl enjoy dancing to them! and actually i'v seen this played in a club, and it still kept ppl moving, even if it didn't as much as the other tunes

I agree, where are the bangers? Those dance floor stompers i think back in the original dubstep vs. brostep period people got scared of bangers, when they were emphasizing deepness against brostep-sound. but that was taking the pendulum swing way too far in the other side, and forgetting variation....
