have you flipped your audio cables so that left is coming thru the right monitor and visa versa? does the buzz shift from left to right? if yes, it isnt your monitors thats the problem. buzzing coming thru headphones suggest the problem lies elsewhere. go into the soundcards/computers audio mixer ...
