Basically mate, you have got the response you have because you have come to dubstep without an appreciation of where it has come from or the culture that helps make it what it is. There have also been a number of other threads ...

So I was at FWD for my first time on Friday and I loved everything about the night except for the MC, which I found highly annoying.

Now obviously that's part of the scene and there's no point in me complaining about it.

Just wondering if there are ever nights on where you just hear the tunes and ...

We've had it in Ireland for a few years now, and (as a smoker) I actually don't mind it in clubs once they have a proper smoking room cos

(a) My clothes don't fuckin reek the next day
(b) You end up meeting loads of the "regulars" at electronic nights - I often go to these on my own as my mates ...
