you can't smoke indoors anywhere unless it's a designated smoking room. in smoking rooms of normal bars you're not allowed to smoke weed most of the time so i wouldn't try that, in the city centre of amsterdam smoking weed outside is not gonna get you in much trouble and it's allowed in the smoking ...
