Re: ...enough with the limiters..
Limiting where you need to to control peaks - use your ears to avoid losing the dynamics of the sounds
a decent limiter is insanely helpful and can be used anywhere in the signal chain

Re: Tune is -6db quieter than chosen reference tune... Is it OK?
My tune has -3db of headroom but I need to turn the Pangaea reference tune down to -9db in order to match the overall volume of my tune so I can A/B with my tune at a comparable volume.
...from this im assuming you have limited any erratic peaks in your sounds as you're talking about comparable ...

Re: Tuning your entire drum collection..
I'm thinkin about undergoing the huge task of individually tuning every drum hit i have to every key(A-G, major and minor) in order to have a more efficient way of building drum tracks that are in key with the rest of my tune. A quick question tho: Could anyone tell me if using EQ8 or Autofilter is better for hipassing/lopassing?

Re: Ableton Device Focus: AUTOFILTER
Autofilter for me sounds like the EQ3 with lfo/envelope/sidechain abilities so i avoid it as much as i can
in the vid he as a disabled compressor after the autofilter set up to Sidechain to the same track - much better for achieving the same result imo
