Re: Watch Westwood destroy chase & status

I don't think you can say it's the critics or popularity that make a dj good.

I guess it's all down to opinion. I love music and think it's important to be as creative as possible, encouraging people to listen to as much music as possible and form their own individual love for it. If I played out I ...

Re: domu quits doing music

Amazing leaving note, very touching and sad that someone who so obviously was not in music for the money has become so disenchanted with it all :(

Ah wondered why there was a bunch of you guys on stage

Jeff Mills - The Bells!

Scuba playing the bells was a definite highlight for me, really fun set although I did initially expect him to go really deep as this mix is one of my favourite of the past year:

Ital Tek was absolutely wicked as were Moderat - visuals blew me away

Shame about most of the DnB being absolutely shite and using the Vapour stage which is by far the sickest arena. Can they book some deeper dnb/jungle/j-tek artists next year please?

Enjoyed Pinch and DMZ, not seen the Vapour ...

Sick night, Distance, Loefah and Mala were all wicked - nice to hear some kryptic minds stuff getting rinsed and the little homage to Jacko. Had to leave before Instra ... gutted. Vibes as per, much prefer it when it's not too rammed.

He played in Oxford a few weekends ago was a pretty crazy night I think 90% of the people in there had no idea what was going on it got pretty warped, musically it was just pure hypnotic tribal madness with heavy indused bass weight very Berlin but in a very good way.

This set blew my mind, one ...

Does the FWD crowd really know about how to dance to/get the deeper stuff? Everyone was just standing still watching bridge/instra and it was the same last week for Headhunter.

Was enjoying chilling in a corner, eyes down, enough room to dance, until getting barged out the way about 15 mins before ...
