somewhere up in the top left of the piano roll window, you'll have a bunch of buttons. as you scroll over them, in the very top left of FL you'll see a lil window that tells you what each thing is as you hover over it. what you're looking for is "Snap To Grid" i usually keep it on 1/4, but...
