The whole track needs a proper mix down on monitors, I've done all this on my Technics DJ Headphones which is far from ideal, but since I'm condemned to the couch I had to find a way to keep myself busy making music. I hope I will be able to work in the studio in a few weeks.

The intro sounds a bit out of key due to the processing (stretching, chorus, reverb etc.) I did on the strings, but I kind of like it this way, personal preference I guess. I used this snare because I didn't want to go with the typical bigvbrick wall snares that are commonly used in harder ...

Usually I don't make hard tunes. But this one might be the toughest thing I wrote. I guess sitting at home with a shattered leg gets to me and this is the only way to blow off some steam.

I'll definitely will look into your suggestion concerning some distortion on the hollow bass, the snare needs a little more body to give it more presence, I agree.

I expected some brostep kind off stuff, since most of the youngsters attending my parties are into the Borgore/Skrillex hype. But I was pleasantly surprised to hear otherwise! Keep on it, you're on the right track!
