Changes depending on the song for me man. Try to give it a structure though, keeping the 8, 16, 32, 64 bars in mind.

I just find that editing an LFO inside the events window is much easier than using that thing. its probably not crap i just like the more visual aspect of using the events window.

Would have to be Burial and Boxcutter, but like samuel its Rinse if i'm in the mood for some fresher tunes

i am fully aware that the peak controller is an lfo, and a crapola one at that.
I appreciate the help guys cheers, I also found that in the 'edit events' window in FL there is a lfo tool which comes in very handy now that i know how to use it

I just started using Sonar after about 4 years of fruity loops and theres one thing I cant get my head around. Can audio files tweaked in terms of applying lfo on them and other cool tricks that the FL channel window let you do? Hope you understand what I mean.

You can bounce down a recording of your wobbling sound to a wav file. then do the same thing with your lfo rate changed, then just mix the .wav files together to get the alternation between ratios.
