i have the 990s and they're excellent. loads of details, sound definition and clarity well worth the money http://www.bjshengr.com/bjs/audio/evil-alpaca1.jpg edit : HD25s got heaps of bass freqs methinks, i think they're unbeatable for djing but for mixing down the 990's are more flat and detailed

Basically. 320's will do the job on most systems but not on the bigger ones.

Wav is 1411 kbps...it makes a serious difference

Time Stretch tool in Cubase is OK for little pitch corrections, but the more you stretch the more it goes nuts

anyway you can go mental with ultra low pitched drum samples :D
Melodyne's algorythms are far better

Splitting the signal into separate bands, widening and putting some fast flange on the mids does the trick 4 me. Also, working with group channels/FX channels helps to not destroy your original signal. Just send a part of it into a nice warm tube or fxs....then route all wet and dry in a bus and com...
