Deadmau5 on 'EDM', "minimal effort for maximum profit"
Joel does a 20 min interview for factmag and touches on various different topics such as the growth and evolution of music scenes, selling out, event driven marketing (EDM :6: ), and more. I actually enjoyed it, he makes alotta good points about electronic music becoming an industry and what not ...

Re: New Coki
the fact that some people don't rate Coki's recent stuff doesn't really bother me much, but Serious?? and Goblin?? and Horrid Henry? imo those are all top notch tearout tunes...

Re: Why the "robot noise" hate? (New to dubstep).
its all a matter of perception bro, aint no 'true dubstep' or 'fake dubstep', and the end of the day you're gonna like what you're gonna like. dont stop listening to the artists you like just cause some snobs on this board told you they aren't 'real dubstep'. I'll be the first to admit that im not ...

Re: WIPs/unfinished tunes for feedback * no finished tunes *
@rebel730 ; this tracks pretty heavy dude! i like the intro synth and your lfo sounds solid! drums were pretty tight as well. i would try and variate the bassline a bit more as the track progresses. would appreciate a 320 when finished :W:

Re: WIPs/unfinished tunes for feedback * no finished tunes *
@CrowSteppa - Camel Launcher : intro sounds are cool, im not really great at giving feedback on this sort so bear with me. main synth could use some beefing up, id add some distortion and proper EQing. a little automation/parameter tweaking with your synth is always good, helps it be less boring ...
