@yoitsfrankd - mix sounds very clean and balanced.. good midrange. Drums sit nicely in the track
@Mannnyyyyy - Sounds veryy datsik'y. Has great agro basslines but needs to be beefed up with moar sub. Mos ...

Re: Traktor pro scratch!
It's dope!! I got it a couple of months ago to play digital files with my records as I usually just listen to vinyl at home. It works great. I've used Serato before but I'm feeling the Traktor Scratch Pro. What's cool, and Serato does not do this, is you can use vinyl or cdj's for traditional DJ ...

Re: WORKS-IN-PROGRESS for DECEMBER, 2010
@grime- thanks for the tips, will check them out.
@nylle - Really really digging this cut.. I second the comment about the kick.. I'd love to hear this track with a heavy club kick and maybe a little more aggressive snare/clap with a pinch more reverb. It just feels like that bassline is wayyyy to ...

Re: WORKS-IN-PROGRESS for DECEMBER, 2010
@nylle - Very nice brov, great bass and heavy sub. I like all of the subtle fx. The only thing that would be worth a try would possibly making the snare pop out a little more in the mix, otherwise, very solid!
@superginger - This jam is solid! Very much diggin the glitchyness. Mos def can imagine ...

Re: WORKS-IN-PROGRESS for DECEMBER, 2010
@ sprayyypaint.. I'm really feeling this so far.. just needs some eq work. Sounds like there is no midrange at all.. you have a killer sub (reminds me of some sort of a simple ghettotech line), and you have ill automation on your MRB but I think you need to make it stand out more =)

Re: WORKS-IN-PROGRESS for DECEMBER, 2010
@ Sirminus- it would make a far better 4 x 4 track in my opinion. The buildup sound doesn't fit and then that bass drowns everything out. Melodically it's a bit predictable maybe, but a more interesting main synth sound could help with that. I like the vibe though by the way, because that all ...

Re: WORKS-IN-PROGRESS for DECEMBER, 2010
@ kes - this track sound nice dood.. the only thing id switch up is once you drop, cut that pad out for a while than maybe bring it back in... or make a new pad with the same notes. That will kind of keep the flow going but keep things interesting.

Re: WORKS-IN-PROGRESS for DECEMBER, 2010
