Already asked a couple of people how to produce some sweet skanks, and they always reply: organ + reverb (or guitar upstroke + reverb)
But the sound of skank I'm really after is this one:

i made it in albino - lots of filter effects, saturation, distortion, waveshaped & bitcrushed.. i'll probably do a tutorial on it at some point because alotta people keep asking.. it's a difficult process to write down though! ;-)
