I've used AGR many times and they are first class. Beware of the plants that reckon they're undercutting everyone else, the service is generally shit, it takes longer, they;re impossible to get hold of etc etc. I'm not talking about total though, i've never used them, but I have had bad experiences ...

Cutting from 320 wouldn't get you as good as a result as from an unlimited WAV file, but it probably wouldn't be too bad. I know of loads of labels that have cut from MP3 cos they lost the WAV's and never told the artists!
