Re: Mastering and Pressing - who to use?

somehow i can't trust someone talking about vinyl without knowing how to write vinyl  You wouldn't trust someone based on a typo? Carvery Cuts is good. I've gotten dubs from them before and they do the "everlasting" plates, which hold up better than acetates. Not sure if it st...

Re: Mastering and Pressing - who to use?

for propper vynil I am afraid you are going to need to pay for a pro master. Why are you getting vynil pressed ? cant you just use digital or cd. if its for demo / fun and you need a 12" then get a dubplate rather. You can press much fewer than 300. Also any dubious self mastering can be masked...

Re: Pre built PC's (HELP NEEDED)

if your really clueless about pc's and have the cash to splash go for a mac 1\ it just works 2\ you get to use logic ( arguably the best daw )

a pc will be cheaper but the pain of keeping it running and worrying about sound drivers might not be worth the effort, unless you play games too.

how do you get your tracks heard ?

Hi Guys, I have a question that I am sure is on many peoples minds, how do you get your tracks heard ? So you have some tracks with a good quality master process applied, now what ? Well release time I guess... but how ? Maybe someone here who has been through this could give me some pointers ( I do...
