i've heard great things about the D16 devastor, but i haven't tried it myself so far. using GreaseTube Stereo (free) can be pretty cool imho.

why don't you just save it as a 320 mp3 instead of saving and converting it?

file > export > mp3 file > choose where you want to save it > set bitrate to 320 > voilà!

concerning groove templates: if you have some notes in the piano roll for instance straight 16th notes and you want them to shuffle just select them, hit ALT+Q and select the shuffle groove template. there you can adjust the amount, length, etc. of the shuffle easily.

yeh i've just put analyzers on the master, split bass frequencies, drum buss, etc. i hated setting that up everytime i started a new project :)

you choose the insert where your signal comes from, in our example insert 1. then you click "enable send from insert 1 to insert 2" (the button beneath the volume crossfader of each channel). same for 1 to 3 and 1 to 4. now your synth signal runs to insert 1 and the signal from insert 1 go...

Yeh i'd also like to know how to split them, im using FL... i do it that way: i send my synth (or whatever i want to split) to insert 1, route the signal from insert 1 to inserts 2,3,4 and buss them together in insert 5. now you can control hi, mid and low seperately (inserts 2,3,4 after EQ or cut)...
