I feel like 150 is really really cool for this type of music. Gone from dubstep to Neurohop I'm now usually settling for 87 BPM for the real hiphop feel. Def going to try make a 'true hybrid banger' some time soon

I'd personally look into using a little more reverb throughout the drop , perhaps on the midrange of your basslines. What I also miss alot in dubstep like this is a good hook that really makes the drop stick ...

It also depends on what kind of samples you're using. If you're using a normal sampler (Logic EXS24 Sampler) you should be able to play it on the note you bounced your clip from.
