they both do the exact same thing. traktor has a multitude of additional features in version 2, which make it pull ahead in my eyes. Id recommend getting a trial of both and just seeing which you like better.

if you are listening to dub, or any kind of bass heavy music you are DEFINITELY going to need a sub. i use 2 15x2 400watt speakers being fed 450RMS for my mains at bars and i still need subs.
