I don't know about you lot but CPU overruns are a pain in the arse and the biggest inhibitor to me doing what i want to do in my DAW.

As much as I'd like to use all the fanciest ish (DAWs, VSTs) I am normally pretty poor and my pc aint great (although its dedicated to music now).

I've got DT880's - blinding - best purchase i ever made - I live with two other producers so can't get into loudness wars!

plus i work best really late at night so need to keep it quiet.

can't fault them - improved my mixes about 100 fold... even lads i know who are much more experienced with ...

i want a VST that tells me when the tune i am working on is crap and i need to leave it alone and stop thinking its so DON when its actually pretty turd.

Some kind of anti-bifta vst that warns me when i'm too lean to safely discern good ideas from waaaay ooout rubbish ones and to stop me staring at ...

you are all wrong. The "click" you hear when hitting the sub is your subconscience reminding you to bitcrush, saturate then bitcrush come more, resample, saturate again then compress to death then DELETE THE WHOLE thing cos it sounds raaaaaaaaaabbish and knock one out and go to bed.
