It's cutting up the sample into tiny parts and loading them into the exs24 sampler in Logic that I'm having trouble with specifically. What I want to be able to do is load multiple related samples at once into the exs24 that can be triggered using a midi controller instead of a mpc. Is this possible?

Footwork production question here. I was listing to this Rashad track and I was trying to figure out how he chops up and stretches the vocal samples.

You get the es2 and ultrabeat with logic 9 express.

No shit? Damn, they changed it from when I had express(7).

You can't get Logic 9 by itself. They started bundling it as studio starting with Logic 8. The extra $300 is well worth it. You get the es2, ultrabeat, sculpture, space designer, it's like night and day from express.
