Early reviews looking positive. http://www.pesfan.com/news/10214058/PES ... ws-Hit%21/
Hoping to get this on release day on Friday but loathe spending more than £30 for a game these days. Where is the best place to pick it up?

Re: One KRK louder than the other
I had this problem with my KRK 5's but it was solved by turning the gain to +6 on both. What are yours set at? I had problems with the volume dropping out as well when both were set at -6 or 0 but it does say in the manual to set them to +6 for best performance.

Re: What are the benefits of Logic?
Logic is the best. Get it. But do youself a favour and DONT get the pro version!! The express is about half the price and you really don't need the features of the pro version, which are basically a load of samples and some plugins you''ll never use Express has been discontinued now and Pro is only...

Re: Ableton vs. Reason vs. FL Studio
Logic is pretty much the standard, and it's SO CHEAP! I can't believe Imageline think they can charge people more for FL than Logic, it's ridiculous. If I had a mac i would be on logic so quickly. Gah.... Hardly ridiculous, you get free lifetime upgrades with FL Studio. There is no upgrade policy n...

Re: Avicii - Levels Opening Synth
They went through how to make this sound in Future Music this month. It's basically a bright, plucked lead sound and a warmer chord part. Obviously a range of synths etc can be used for this. Synth Lead Start We start by loading a template single oscilator 'Saw Tooth' synth patch in Logic's ES2. We ...

Re: Need help. (mixdown in reason)
Below is a quote from Nu-Tone from his DOA Q&A, a good read for all Reason users. http://www.dogsonacid.com/showthread.php?t=540472&page=5 A lot of people seem to struggle with mixing in reason but i'm not entirely sure why - i know that both the commix and logistics albums were written enti...

Re: Should we enforce the How To Make This Sound Thread?
I really don't like merged threads. How does a merged thread even work, when you have several different questions asking different things. At least with single threads, i can clearly see the questions and only answer the ones i want to. I also don't really care about forum 'clutter'. Does it affect...

Re: FL Studio 10 - Workflow
And that is what we are telling you bro, just put an edison at the end of each channel's fx chain, and record your basslines. Then drag and drop them into the playlist. Very very easy thing to do, and once you start seeing how useful edison is... well then all hell is going to break loose. How do y...

Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
True just a vanilla version on consoles. At least the xbox version seems playable. PS3 got lumbered with the shite port once again. Probably get it on PC when i build a gaming rig next year Exactly how bad are the PS3 problems? I was considering grabbing it to play over the Christmas break I got fro...

Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Not a lot of changes then. I am hoping it just makes it slightly more playable for me as I know they are putting more efforts into the 1.4 patch for the ps3 in the New Year though I doubt they can eradicate the lag entirely. Will be waiting six months after release before buying another Betheseda ga...

Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
honestly i reverted my pc version back to 1.1 and have had less issues than with the 1.2 and 1.3 patches Yeah I would love them to make 1.1 available again on PSN. Had no problems with 1.1 then stupidly updated to 1.2 thinking it would fix the lag when it kicked in and it proved to be a gamebreaker...

Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Oh dear. Might have to wait til the New Year then or start a fresh game and play twenty hours until the lag kicks in again. PS3 for the win.deadly habit wrote:1.3 didn't really fix anything

Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Haven't played this for ten days. Patch 1.2 fucked up my magic resistance and had backwards flying dragons
Has Patch 1.3 hit the consoles yet? Can't wait to get back playing. Also I bought it for £40 two weeks ago and now its £22.50 everywhere. FAIL

I think I read 'back in the day' that he made the most of his bass/sub sounds from samples mainly. He might be working differently now though.

Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Don't know what it's like on PC but im still unable to do the windhelm quest that allows you to buy the house. I think broken quests remain broken even after the patch. Patch 1.2 wasn't the best for me. Had hardly any problems before but now have backward flying dragons and no magic resistance. i g...
