Just saw James tonight in Philly. Really weird audience. But his set was really really good. Loved the dubbed out version of some songs. One part almost sounded like Basic Channel to me. Encored with an amazing cover of Anti War Dub. whatever his style of music is, it's good.

Hard to tell. From that song specifically, it either sounds like a cheap casio type organ sound, or it could be a melodica/sample of a melodica played pretty high...

Usually the song snippets that he posts are short edits of unreleased tracks. This sound like he downloaded the same mp3 of the show that everyone else has and cut it out ...

I love Zomby,
however, I can't believe he posted Natalia's Song as just a cut from the Burial/Kode 9 DJ set, and Mercury's Rainbow (cut down now to just Mercury apparently) seems to be cut from a mix as well...

Zomby is as much "rave" as was early Aphex Twin. Pushing its boundaries, bringing in experimental elements and tones, etc. There is alot in his arpeggios. Quite melodic and brilliant.

If it were not for artists like Zomby, Burial and Mount Kimbie, I'd probably never have listened to dubstep.
