Re: Mackie MR8 vs Yamaha HS80 vs KRK RP8
i'd go for the mackie MR8's, i have heard the hs80 and the krk rp5's, not the same but for the price of it at that moment the sound was kinda bad for me (although it was a long time ago i've heard krk's). mackie mr8's have a really thick sound imo and won't let you down

lack of power - what's wrong with my track?
hey dsf, i'm currently working on a track which sounds good (imo), but it misses a lot of power and energy.
i'm trying to get it right for hours and hours but i just can't get it right.
so, can any of you tell me what i'm missing or doing wrong?

i think the rhytm of the drums should be adjusted, it sounds a bit offbeat in my opinionKarmacazee wrote:http://soundcloud.com/y-chrome/shock-resistant
This one definitely needs some fresh ears.
There's just something about it that's not quite right, and I'm not sure what. MLeh

Re: FL Studio 9
i got it, looks good but can't quite figure it out how the new sidechaining-feature works. it's also really annoying, in the piano roll or playlist, if you press the middle mouse button and go to left and up, the screen will move right and down.

Its all about processing. Find your own combination of distortion, resampling and filtering and you will start coming up with dirty sounds. i've been 'processing' for 2 months, and it's kinda annoying to sit every day 4 hours in front of my computer and come up with sounds that are not that bad, bu...

Re: How to run VST Plugins in FL Studio?
on the top you see 'channels', click on it, click on 'more' in the second column, then at the bottom of the screen that pops up, simply click refresh.UshUshNZ wrote:Ridiculous question I know.
I've got all the necessary .dll files in the VST Plugin folder, now how to run the VST's?
Thanks in advance!
