Triggy n ROFH-Haunted EP(Ft. Legend4ry/Scalade)(COSMCO004)
London based Triggy is no stranger to Cosmology, having last cropped up with a wicked remix on COSMCO003 - Artificial Intelligence, and we thought it was only fitting to invite him to coordinate the next installment in the catalog... Delivering an array of deep, dark, distinctly UK originals and rel...

Re: Super accurate EQ for sub bass?
if you think a pure sine is boring you need to get a better listening device or you're doing something wrong Well generally i listen to it on a sub. Did you even read my post? I love a pure sine, don't get me wrong. But when you have a bass that changes in pitch, wobbling and gliding between notes,...

Re: Setting up my rig so I can stand while producing
Ive kinda got my shit divided up all ergonomic like, if its a standing-sorta piece of kit, like my mixer, its at standing level... if its a sit in my chair sorta kit, its at the appropriate height (rack has effects units on top dynamic/amp units on bottom)... It creates kind of like 'stations' or so...

Re: Super accurate EQ for sub bass?
Since the sub sits around 10-80 hz i put a lp filter on my kick at 80 hz so it doesn't interfere with the sub.. same with snares cutoff at 150 hz, etc.. so not interfering. :p 10hz is below the range humans can detect physically, its below the range most speakers can reproduce, and those that can, ...

Re: Mastering Loudness Trouble
mastering and mxing = two seperate notions.
there is no doing it right. mastering yourself is like grading your own math test. it doesnt work that way.
good mastering will cost you around the same price as a single person bag of green. pay for it.

Re: How does everyone make their sweep sounds?
Reverse sample delays/reverbs. Loads of flange/phase/timed gating... Dont limit yourself to just to cliche white noise filter. Delay a drum, resample, reverse, reverb, ect.. timestretch shit. get creative. foley sound design is where you should shine as a producer.
