getting loads of problems at the moment, finally set up an account with it and its taking forever for it to uplaod my tunes when it said it would take at the most 24hrs but its nearly been a week now. Doing my head in, also keeps saying I have to reuplaod a file or something, anyone else had these problems before?
I had that problem last week. Apparently you can't upload more than 6mb files even though it shows you that they're uploaded or processing, and no error message comes up. If they're under that try re-uploading.
Alternatively you can try adding a flash player and add your mp3's to that. Advantages are that you can add more than four tunes at a higher quality, but you won't be able to see how many plays they've got and it will make the page move much slower.
You can get one hear http://www.pimp-my-profile.com/flash-mp3-player/
You need to upload the files to fileden, but then get the URL's and direct link them from the player. You'll be given a code which you can then paste into the band info section (should be info on the pmp site)
