whats the Name of the instrument?
The Others - Bushido
I've tried searching it but ended up finding the Samurai Warriors code of conduct. So anyone know what the string (I think its a string) instrument is played in this song it might be a sample but I've heard the instrumnet played in Asian films before.
Cheers

I _think_ it's a huqin but there are so many variations of Chinese string instruments that I'm not 100%.
edit: actually i think it's an erhu.

ye i think you like have to order one from some geezer in switzerland or austria or something and he makes it custom built for you. they play a single octave if i remember rightly which you choose when you order it and it costs just under a grand. nice. they do sound amazing though theres a guy who busks with one just outside the dam square in amsterdam he gets loads of pence cos it sounds sick..Stapleface wrote:hang drums are pure win.
