not a bad vibe, but i would say a couple of things...the perc/bassline feel a little weak. the perc needs to maybe be a little more interesting for this tune given that the bass repeats for most of the track. the perc would need to be lively and fluid to accomodate this static bassline. and for the bass i would recommend as always some heavyish compression to bring all the frequencies to the front and to generally toughen-up/beef-up the sound. i do like you use of verb and the 'space' this creates in the tune. i also like that vocal sample, well chosen. it fitst the vibe of the tune really well.

fat bass on zones by the way..also i actually quite like play it as well, very strange but cool. nice choice of snare hits...

soooooooooooooooooooooooo, here is my offering to the production Gods:

cheers for the advice, still working on it.

i think your tune had swing to it but something just seemed missing, until the second drop where it picked up a bit. i know thats a bit vauge it seemed a bit empty. still it sounded nice.

I'd get some more 'definative' hi hats in there on the intro, the drums feel too static like dubson said, they just sound like a shaker, that sample made me grin though! Nice track

Liking the overall vibe of the tune, and it's very well produced but im not into that oboe sound. The percussion has a nice flow, the ending really ties the track together well though!

DEPONE - That track is biiiiig. mixed really well and all the sounds are tight as fuck! dont really have anything critical to say about it mate well in!!Lovin the bass changeup about 1:40.

NADSAT - That Remix is really nice man, lovin the harp/plucky keyboard sounds fits really well. All your tracks were sick to listen to but i would say your mixing could do with a bit more emphasis on the drums, seem to get a bit lost in some parts of the songs.

MORG - Quite well produced, not a big fan of the actual tune its a bit glitchymental for me but i know that theres people that like that type of thing, all the sounds seemed to punch through quite nicely though and the mix was quite good.

This is a new track of mine called Jest the Tester. Still got a few changes to make but i'm thinking of making an ep when i can get the chance so i'll fix it up then. I've tried a bit of a changeup in tones with the tune not sure if i get away with it or not - lemme know what yous think!

EDIT: Just realised how bad the mix sounds on myspace. bass is far too loud and the bagpipe bits seem to have crept up too! fucking dryspace!!!

I'm def feeling that Egoists track, I especiallly love the bass that drops in around 2.00

Depone as I already said, your track is big, great mixdown, it sounds like a whole not just some sounds together.
