something from myself I am toying with.
Nice, I especially like the second half, the piano reminded me of On by Aphex for a moment.

Not really sure what I make of yours abs, I don't like the vocal samples you used but the drums are really well constructed and I like all the weird noises in the background. I guess i'd say pretty well produced but not really my thing musically maybe.

Legendary i'm feelin that track a lot. Maybe the sub is a little too powerful, think if I had this really loud it would drown out the other stuff except that melody that comes in at 2.40ish is extra loud to get over the sub if that makes sense..think they could both go down a bit. Other than that i'm lovin the atmosphere of this track!

EDIT: Accidentally hit post.

Mondays Child I really really like that track, not much er constructive feedback I can give but I like it :D. The only thing I would change is the vocals but thats because I don't really like that style of vocal in garage but i'm aware a lot of people do and a LOT of 2 step has it in so can't really complain.

And heres my track, 'Fried Gold': http://soundcloud.com/sativa-breather/fried-gold

It's not totally finished, there are a few adjustments I *could* make but i'm not going too because there are 3 other things i've just started and I want to focus on them instead. Feedback would be greatly appreaciated, not been doing this long at all.

Good thing I don't like clubs and don't make tracks for them then I guess :)

Thanks for the feedback though much appreciated.

Hey Peeps, cheers for all the positive feedback. It's much appreciated.

I've been listening to a lot of other folks stuff, feedback for that comming shortly..

Try this little beast out, it's another 2 step influenced tune, based on Yazoo's 'Don't Go' it's a bit harder edged than the last one. Two sides of the coin as it were.
enjoy.

I like that sub on terrorised Dub, like the amen too, I just started looking at dnb and break so im likin

Roots Dub has got some sweet samples in it too, like the way the snare alternates on each beat, I may be being a bit of a nerd about it but I tend to prefer a bit more structure, like to know when stuff's gonna happen and whatnot, dont know whether its just me, but yeah nice work[/quote]

Likin terrorised dub, don't hear much amen breaks in dubstep, works pretty damn well. I've been working on a similar thing but the other way around going from jungle into a dubstep drop. Mine isn't working nearly as well as yours :s

Roots dub is a lot more the kinda thing i'd listen to normally and is also well produced, does kinda sound like its less well mixed down than the other but that could be the myspace player shitting on your tune tbh.

Care to comment on mine? not as good as urs but that just means you'll be able to think of better feedback :D I posted the link a bit higher up in this thread.

i really like the intro had a nice feel to it...was not expecting that drop!..that first synth at the drop is brutal..imho i think you should stick with that synth for a bit before the other stabs come in ect...and check you mix down, the drums kinda get lost after the drop...

but yeah..ur on the right track mate, keep at it!!

Roister-i like 'Down Low' you could develop that one further, The first two tracks in yer player are ok, the vocal samples don't really stand out though, maybe try putting 'em through a filter and adding a touch of gain?

Paravrais- Thanks for the kind words mate, the samples are good in this one, clevr use of cutting up and joining, particularly the 'eaten' alive bit. That made me chuckle!

Legendary- 'Eastern Horizons' and 'Neo tokyo' are good, i like the sitar sound in 'horizons' and the techno feel of 'Tokyo', which may be just a tad too fast though.

as i found out when i listened back to the zshare file i put up of my last track, it was meant to be around 133 but turned out it was bounced at 142bpm. Oooof!
here's the correct version.

http://www.zshare.net/audio/5583845524aaaef3/
anyway, some nice work going on all, keep it up.

Yo people,
Finally got round 2 listenin 2 a few tracks so here's some feedback

**paravrais- nice tune mate, got a real good vibe about it. Nice vocal samps an some good wobble work. IMO Sounds a little empty in parts, could do with a bit of ambi just to help with transitions.

** T40 - Good production and sounds quality. takes a while to get into the groove but I like it once its there. IMO I would like to hear a drop coz you got some dark synth in there, would like to hear more of it. Interestin work.

** mondays child- Reminds me of the old school days, tight track would go down well in a club. Lets ave a rave!

** Roistermusic- Terrorized dub: Nice track, real spacey feel to it. Takes a bit too long 2 kick-in an ends a bit 2 suddenly for me.

Wow this has turned into a essay so i'm gonna stop.

Would like a bit of feedback on my tunes, pick 1 an tell us what u think.

Workin on "Money, Drugs & Power" at the mo.

Peace!
From The J-Man

Cheers for the feedback jbird.
Yeah I was thinking of making the track longer and adding a nice heavy drop in there somewhere. :)

Listened to your tunes. You got some nice tracks on the myspace.
Liking Jah no Dead, some real good vibes.
Peace
