8" speaker rubber repair kit

got some old ohm 250 watt pa speakersthe rubbers are all cracked so wanna try a diy replace but dont kno witch ones to buy any advice?

Speaker repair section, don't know if there's anything large enough for PA speakers, but I did a set of 6" JBLs and made em like new again.
