Morning people,
So not the happiest reason to have a ride, but as some of you may or may not have read. A fellow cyclist was killed on her commute at Notting Hill Gate on the morning of 5th Feb. 09
(
http://www.londonfgss.com/thread16171.html )
The ride date at the moment is the Sat. 7th March, I think around 1/2ish
I'm waiting to confirm the time and route but i'll update when i know more.
If you could just bring a flower and we can tie them to the railings once we get there, rather than wearing all black or arm bands etc. (giles's wishes)
There are around 200 people subscribed to this, including myself. So if you fancy a little ride before DMZ then come on.

People are killed in RTAs every day, what makes her special?
Genuine question, when a friend of a friend was killed on their bike a few years ago there was no procession through the streets of london.

She was a friend of many people in community and this ride isn't just about her, it's about bringing the message to the masses.
