Test is great, but does anyone else hear a weird volume increase and decrease from time to time?

Almost like a an auto volume limiter or something....?

Hmmm...
I just bought a new computer so I'm hoping that vista or winamp is not automatically changing my volume.

I will see if I can hunt down the cause.
