im coming towards the belief that timbaland is the best electronic producer of all time

he is FAR FAR too deep, the originality and creativity is beyond probability

he makes a tune, then 5 years later it makes sense

and all of this with an incredible sensitivity to the beauty of MUSIC, not just rhythm and aesthetic, but a soul, a feeling

he's the fucking don

his early stuff, like the tune with missy " rain" and the beats he's done for JayZ are disgusting. I'd say "Rain" was ten years ahead of it's time. Nothing sounded like that tune for about 5 years after it came out. he shut people down.

and we already KNOW he listens to dnb. it would be fantastic to hear him have a go at some outright broken beat type stuff.

Yeah timbo's the king to quote jay-z. He has done some duff tracks tho (bubba sparxxx...) but still a genius. Interesting how he said he doesn't wanna make rap anymore and wants to concentrate on pop and coldplay...
