Post by nyno » Sun Mar 01, 2009 10:50 pm

Just finished and posted these on the link below. Would appreciate any feedback on Blue Pills and The Bigger Picture (first 2 tunes on the list).

Cool jazz mate. Second bass is my favourite bit too. Wasn't sure to stick it in at the start or keep it for the main course. Let me know what you think?

Yeah I'd leave it like you have it, loads of toons these days fire all the big guns right from the start - leaving it for a bit then bringing it in makes the drop even sicker - I did the same with tread carefully vip in the first drop (www.soundcloud/p-note)

Yeah you definitely got a stompa there!

Big up

In blue pills i would give may the kick a bit fuller it gets a bit lost in places. Maybe the snare need a bit more volume to just to make it stand it out a bit more. Yer that second bass is filthy.

Could do with some sort of breakdown in the middle. That vocal is weird me likes.

The bigger picture is nice and heavy. Like that vocal and the snare sounds a lot better. Would maybe recommend parts at the intro have no bass will give the bass more meaning when it does come in.

That synth is nice and uplifting. The main bass wobble is nice
and has some nice variations.

Nice tunes though.

Hope that helps.
