Friday 20 March that’s the date you should put in your agenda because then Oi! Will celebrate! The Five Years or Fire,
And that still on the spot where it all started Paradiso Meanwhile Oi! Has been developed from a small above room into a sold out large room and all the big names played at the Oi! Raves, for example the last edition during the ADE, Oi! Can say with pride that they are longest running Dubstep & Grime night in Holland, Dubstep is now more popular than ever, the sound straight out of the London underground and has been filled with deep sub bass, high energy and influences from reggae, jungle, hip-hop, and 2-step. Oi! Has gone grown to an organization which does more than only raves and until recently there whas Oi! Pirate Radio, on lijn5 and 3voor12, Oi! Started also the Oi! Records label, where the first release came out end of 2008, to make a long story short Oi! Never stopped representing the true UK sound and is still on fire!!!

To celebrate the 5 year anniversary we have got a very big line up! Headliner of the night is the Afro Warrior: DJ/ Producer Benga, the man who last year released his second album on Tempa named “Diary Of An Afro Warrior”, Benga is one of the pioneers from the very first hour.
On the age of 15 he already released his first record on the well-known label Big Apple Records, Benga has been an important man in scene who has helped developing the sound where it is now today. Last year Benga & Coki (Digital Mystikz) released the tune Night: This tune became a large hit in and outside the dubstep scene Benga has proved that he can move the crowd by his earlier actions on Lowlands Dub Infusions.

Next dj/Producer Is the Big, bad & heavy Emalkay, that is the sound what Emalkay brings, this producer is also a part of the dubstep sound from day one, with his big hit “Gut Feeling”, and his latest release on Dub Police “Explicit “he shows he is still on top of his game with support from people like Marry ann hobz en N-Type Emalkay is the perfect man for this night!

Tes-La-Rok the DJ/Producer played on Oi! In 2008 in the small room where he played a very strong set, Tes-La-Rok whas responsible for the Anthem of 2007, Uncle Sam' s Round The World Girls on argon record an ended up in the category best single on the dubstepforum.com awards, his new single will be out on Dub Police, and he is finishing his album enough reasons to get this DJ from Finland over to rock the big room!

Walsh is also a newcomer on the Oi! Night this dj from Croydon, is known for his collaborations with producers like, kromestar and Benga, Walsh always plays good sets with all types of dubstep sounds, just like his production he has a very varied style, his productions came out on labels like: Texture, Hotflush & Terrain.

DJ Vader is an Oi! Dj from the first hour, initially this DJ comes from the UK but does his thing in Holland quite a while now, in the UK Vader was a big name and dj for Crazy Titch and the Mucky Wolf Pack, His roots came from 2-step and garage, Vader also manages his own label, DVS recordings

The man behind Oi! is DJ Gomes aka G-Man, who started his career in the early days of 2-step & garage and progressed along with the sound to where it stands today. Since there were no raves with the sound of now, Gomes decided 5 years ago to start his own thing in the Paradiso Amsterdam. Oi! Has become a respectable rave in the scene, attracting many big artists over the years. Gomes is known for his energetic sets, With its own internet radio show “Oi Pirate radio” on Lijn5.com Gomes pushes the sound forward. G-Man is the production alter-ego of Gomes last year is first release came out on Oi! Records and his next release will come out in feb on the UK label Subsonik Records

Host of the nights are resident MC Drew known from his radio shows on 3FM and lijn5, special guest MC will be Vin-E with his official comeback , Vin-e always been the # 1 MC and was there when Oi! Just started, he has been gone for a while but now he his back!

I guess this one is going to be large. Seeming that the last one with Caspa was of the hook!! Not common to see 1300 heads going all out on a party like that! :o
