people need to make more ambient kinda dubstep. I'm just a bit confused why everybody mention it with burial.... its a shame people give him a monopoly. Probably burial doesnt even feel that monopoly imo

I've polished my tune "SloeDub" up a lot and changed quite a lot of the sounds. It's all been minor changes but just lots of them and I think it sounds much better now. (Changed the tempo up a bit too)

Think I generally make my subs way too loud cos the bass on my speakers is shit so ive intentionally turned the sub down so it doesnt sound very strong, if lots of people feel its too weak tho i'll keep making it as loud as I have been.

I agree completely. I wish there was more ambient Dubstep out there but I like Scuba and Synkro very much. But maybe they wouldn't even be classed as 'ambient Dubstep'? Who knows...

I just mean the ambient kinda 2steppie/garage vibe. The stuff that lots of people call burialistique. No problem for getting more of those productions/vibes. I have seen enough rusko/coki/distance folks. Need more burial followers !!!

yo im really feeling this track..especially like the break around 2:30...

the only thing i would say is maybe shorten the intro..it takes a minute to drop but once it does its worth it.

good job.

Sorry about saying ambient dubstep.. i ment garage ambient vibed stuff...

I know there are lots of peeps who make that. If im correct lots of producers from bristol make the trippin kinda stuff. Tho sometimes it's too trippy imo. I like it raw and deep but still energetic. Not like im flying a colorspectrum or something like that

going for a real minimal feel to it. let me know what you think, any advice appreciated

Nice one mate, loving the minimal feel.

I am no expert, but I feel like the mix is the only thing holding it back and even that is good - I just feel like maybe some reverb could give this some depth.

It definitely has a bit of a Burial vibe but it sounds awesome. What did you use for those deep pads?

Nice track, very moody.

I love how deep the pads and bass are. The vocals are really well done too.

One thing I wish is that there were one more percussion element, I think it would bring it alive a bit more or maybe just having one percussion sound pop out a bit.

Glitchy sounding breakdown was unexpected and perfect.

Great track man. I would be into a full album of this.

I also like this track. The pads and verby space is nice. I also like the didgeridoo type bass (thats my interpretation). However, I am not a big fan of the vocals. But I generally don't like vocals at all in electronic music, so I am biased. The effects on the voice are nice though.

It also might sound a bit distant to me, a little hazy like everything is far away. Maybe this is intentional, or maybe its due to the myspace compression. Also, I think the bass could be a little heavier.

Overall, this has a nice vibe, very chill, floaty, and psychedelic.
