for me acid and mdaa make music sound better, while mdma just makes my mind swirl around and implode and dance

none of that is bad though
what's mdaa?? we don't get that here.. sounds good!

For example:

1. Who may typically use MDMA?
2. When do you take it? How much? Cost?
3. What effects can it have? (positive and negative)

And any other information you think may be helpful towards my project will be greatly appreciated. Feel free to email mua08jlc@sheffield.ac.uk

I like the fact that dubstep is less orientated around chems than a lot of other club scenes. Go to a drum & bass, techno, trance or breakcore night and nearly everybody is off their heads. I’m not against drugs and have done my fair share in fifteen years of raving but the real test of whether dance music is good or not is whether you can dance to it all night without having to rearrange your head first. A few beers and a little smoke are rarely a bad idea but that’s really not the same thing.

If it’s a good lineup you don’t want to waste it thinking about the state of your head and then feeling sorry for yourself for days afterwards.
Hit that long lunar note and let it float ...

It's hard for me to prove im doing this research, the only thing i can think of is if you have any doubts...add me on facebook. My name is Jonathan Cornish, at University of Sheffield. The most popular club nights at university are dubstep nights now...does anyone think the rise of Dubstep is bad for the genre? People prefer it underground? Do drugs popularize it to "twatty students" and "indie kids"?

I actually enjoy the music so I don't want to take a drug like that which makes you concentrate on how good you feel as opposed to the music itself.

Personally the feeling I got when Mala dropped Bury da Bwoy on a 40kw system was better than any other feeling i've ever had before. Tears in eyes business. I wouldve enjoyed it a lot aswell if I wasn't high; don't get me wrong, i'm often the only sober person at these nights, but weed doesn't half make music that bit more orgasmic.

I guess its really just down to the raver, you drop some bombs or abit of k go ahead and enjoy yourself. If you have more fun staying soberisssh thats good too. personally i just like to have the few spliffs... but it doesnt really matter as long as your not harming anyone and enjoying the music :)

a few years ago before i started DJ'ing and Promoting my own nights i used to get licckkkekeddddd at any night i was at dubstep or not, nowadays i tend to keep it a bit cleaner as it dosent look good when your trying to book someone, make arraignments and your jaws going like a lawnmower,

as for dubstep and MDMA, of corse its going to make you think the musics better or that your having ''the most amazing night of your life'' cus thats what its designed to do, you could bash some MD and start making models out of match sticks and still think your having a sick time, bit of a stupid topic i feel.

if your up in sheff look out for Rubberdub, were doing a few events with some of the jungliest alliance crew over the next few months.

in that case... would you agree that once you get in the habit of going to dubstep nights on mdma, its difficult to have a better night without it?

This is how I feel - If I have some md on a night out, obviously I have a good time, but it's generally not because of the music - more about talking to people and floating around! This may also be because I'm relatively unexperienced with the substance so it's still very 'oooh aah'.

I almost feel that if I go to see some sick DJ on mdma it's wasted, because I won't really remember the music/mixing etc, and could have had the same (perhaps better) mdma experience elswhere.
