knifedreams mixed up something wicked and unit pretty much killed it with some sick sick low minimal shit. plenty of west coast tunes ofcourse, we had to rep it. juakali and kush arora stepped in for some dranks and chilled and some of the LA dnb elitest assholes were straight shakin it in the smog room instead of on the main stage for d-bridge

drew turned up the sound up around 2 and i was a happy girl

lookin forward to see Sam & Heather again!! bring the crew with you, i miss em already.

I unfortunately had to leave almost right after my set cause my girl wasnt feeling to well but it was most def fun while I was there... Sound was nice (its took a minute to get used to playing with that much sub) and vibe was nice in the dubstep room, I cant wait to do it again! Big up Smog and Drew especially for having me come through, I had a blast!

thanks to everyone who came out for the mini session! for being an incredibly low attendance night for Funktion in general, we had a nice amount of people in there dancing. Funktion, usually, is one of the biggest dnb clubs in the states, so Im excited about having the opportunity to expose dubstep to a wide range of people. we are still working out a couple kinks with the setup, and there will be some upgrades to the soundsystem, but I think things went pretty smooth.

thanks to Unit and Kinfe Dreams for dropping a grip of tunes. also want to thank Kid Logic for coming out. He has a style that is different to the djs in our crew, id love to bring him back out to help represent a range of sounds in this music - so respect dude!

and it was real cool having juakali and kush make it out, despite the exhausting drive down here from SF. you guys are troopers.

much planned for the future, LA heads.. cya at the next session!
