I'm guessing this is your roster? If this is I don't know any of these artists never even had a conversation with them? So I don't know who I fucked over maybe you have me confused for someone else??
We are friends with more than our roster of forthcoming releases. Honestly friends or not, it's immaterial. You can't seem to comprehend that people will be skeptical of anything you do under that name, that label, etc... you released tunes without the permission or contracts, signatures, knowledge of the artists in question. Tunes that had been promised to other labels, schedules for releases, had dates, art, money and promotion had been put into them. To this day, none of them has been paid for it. None of them has received a believable apology for it.

Until the wrong has been made right, you honestly shouldn't be releasing shit from anyone. And to do it under that name, that label, that rep... brazen. I'm sure you're a real safe dude otherwise. Maybe it was a mistake, lack of communication, etc... to this day, nothing more than empty promises and false words have come from you. Instead of talking about dealing with the situation, deal with the situation.

Now if you'll excuse me, I've made my case. Now I have to go and find some tunes to release without permission, contracts or any vocal/email/other confirmation that it's ok. Oh wait, that's you.

Since you know everything let me ask you who didn't I contact? Who was it that didn't receive a personal phone call from myself (international calls included) other then the two who didn't want to communicate? Get your facts straight before you start making accusations! N20 they steal from people, Renegade Hardware they steal from people, but FOULPLAY in the dubstep/hiphop/dnb/electro game DO NOT STEAL FROM PEOPLE!!! I have something special I'm going to do just for you to help you solve your doubt about me!

So what you're saying is that people didn't want to communicate and so to teach them a lesson, you went ahead and released tunes that they were working on other labels releasing?

Shit man, I had you figured all wrong blud... Here I thought you didn't try to contact them at all and just released it. Turns out, you tried to contact them and they gave you the cold shoulder and then you got small man complex and really showed them who was boss.

I'm scurred.

Don't waste your time trying to prove shit to me. Prove it to the people you fucked royally, costing them money, releases on legit labels, etc. Otherwise, I'll tell every producer and DJ I meet or talk to about what you did to our boys. At this point, if you care about Dubstep as much as you say you do(hard to believe when you claim to know NONE of the people on our roster of artists. I mean, we're not a huge label, but if you've listened to Dubstep for more than 5 minutes you know at least half of them.), you'll not harm anymore producers by attaching your name to them.

Now we are making some headway! All of your posts show you must not have read my reply in it's entirety, ignorance is bliss! All of the things you said were completely wrong and weren't even close to what happened!! This has really gotten out of hand with the he said she said!!

FYI I literally am getting 5-10 submissions daily from people all over the world most of it because of this bad publicity on the strength people know FPR isn't ripping anyone off!!!

How would we have the roster, the distro, the releases, the good press?? Shit I was just in Knowledge mag nothing but good things in there!!!

You are ripping people off though. It wasn't just me and Cringer either. It's DLX who tipped off on this bullshit to begin with. Even Atreus told me you were putting his shit out without his blessing. I would wager a bet there are a few others that would rather ignore this than get into any drama. I guess that is one way to go about it. And to think I would have not ever replied to any of your shit again had you just taken the tunes down like I asked you to. You think you can just pay people and it will be all good. No, it's not all good because my name is still associated with FPR. Makes me sick.

Just because I don't make a fucking bulletpoint response, point by point, doesn't mean I didn't read what you wrote. What you wrote was fucking stupid, so I selectively responded with what I felt like posting. You have still NEVER taken the fucking release down off of DJDownloads. It's still fucking sitting in my cart on there, available... and who cares about your submissions?

Bro we gets submissions too. I probably turn 10 good tunes away each day for lack of enough days in a year to do the work to release them in a timely fashion... the fact that people still come to you means jack shit to me or anyone else...

Hookers with no fucking teeth and drug addictions and perhaps HIV/AIDS still get clients who will pay them for a blowjob. That doesn't mean it's a quality hooker, or a quality blowjob. Same for Foulplay...

Foulplay is a toothless hooker with AIDS as far as I'm concerned, and I don't think I'm alone. I mean honestly I should be thanking you I guess... It's not every day that I come across someone who is a bigger PRK than me. Do stick around then I guess.

DJDownloads? lol. Since then it has been on Junodownloads, DOAdownloads, etc, etc, it does me no good to keep looking. It just gets me pissed off.

I didn't know it was on all of those tbh, I didn't bother looking. If it's on 1 of them, it's on every site as far as I'm concerned.

And Prolific, until every artist on that release posts up here that they've seen an audit and been taken care of, you're full of shit. Start with ABZ, he's right here... go do an audit and handle him today, tomorrow you can do Cringer... next day... you get the point. Not too difficult, being such a legit label and all.

P.S. Since when was someone who lives out of state who was DJing supposed to promote a show IN ANOTHER STATE THEY DON'T LIVE IN? Sounds like a shit excuse for YOUR party not doing well yea? Ooof... dude don't ever run into me. Pro.

Dude you are a liar. DLX and I are way passed that shit I recorded the phone call logged the aims so on and so forth months ago he is actually working on a rmx for a big project we have coming up from our last conversation.

Atreus and I just did a tour together three weeks ago???? Any tune he has given me he has signed a contract to release. Where are you getting your facts or should I say fabricated stories from????? Why would a guy who tours with me accuse me of stealing?

Do some people who frequent this board live in a fictitious world?

More and more I post here it seems to be that way!

I have requested Cringer's address multiple times with no response, I can't pay people who aren't man enough to contact me and give the credentials I need to fulfill the task.

About your PS you still don't read. I wasn't the promoter some guy from Indiana was. He said he was bringing Arsenic and brought some clown nobody around here knew and did not promote the night for shit! This doc guy was accusing us of booking him and not paying him when he wasn't even supposed to be there? As much as I love dubstep it still isn't big in NW FL so why would I or you or anyone book a dubstep dj? That was supposed to be an all DNB/Electro night!!!!!!!! Do I have to break this down into sesame street terms for you?

Nice you call me a liar. I am not lying about any of that. You guys have patched it up since fine but the last I talked to Atreus that is what he told me. He said the tune you put out was or would be put out on his own label. But I don't trust him either, he is the one that got me in this mess in the first place and he never once even offered an applogy, same shit I got from you. I didn't know you patched it up with DLX either, good for you but I do not lie. He was up in that other thread and even posted his tune for free, no I guess he wasn't pissed.

I'm not into this drama bit man. All you had to do was take the tune down. I am an easy going guy ask anyone.

Abz is definitely not lying. I was extremely pissed when I found out. I hit him up first to see if he knew what was going on. I had no clue how to get in touch with foul play except through atreus and he was MIA. Prolific hit me up, we worked it out. He was very respectful and I felt he was really trying to make things right. I do plan on working with Foul Play in the future and hopefully it will go a lot smoother than last time

this is a quote from the other thread.
DLX wrote:I do truly believe Prolific had good intentions in releasing these tunes. He was told that they were all legit and that contracts were signed. He also agreed to pay us for these when he gets the quarterly statements in.

With that being said, he obviously never saw the contracts or got in touch with ABZ, Cringer and myself. Which definitely puts him in the wrong. Im sure that Prolific (being the professional he is) would agree with me on this. Extinction was already set to be release on Pure Filth Audio and Cringer and ABZ's tunes were already out.

The damage has been done. There isn't really anything any party involved can do now to fix it. He could take the tunes down but, Like I said previously, the EP is on pretty much every torrent site on the internet.

Sorry had to handle some business last night and today! At any rate this is a hot release, we don't steal from people, and any artists that has helped generate profit regardless of their personal standing with our group will be taken care of! I want to thank the guys that keep biggin up this release through the anarchy of hatred!

reckon it's 'bout time for me to chime in here.

i found out that my tunes were released, not from Prolific, not from Atreus, but from DLX and abZ after, and only after, they were available for purchase at MP3 download sites and up on countless torrent sites for free without a contract.

no contract + no communication = poor business practices

i don't want paid, i don't want reimbursed, i don't want compensated...i want my name and tunes taken off of Foul Play.

i don't do this for fame or money...i do it because i got to.

there is nothing more to be done to rectify this matter for myself, and Prolific knows this as i have responded telling him that.

i don't want good blood, i don't want bad blood, i don't want blood of any kind.

until Foul Play can respect that, nothing will suffice.

plain and simple
