my dad just doesn't get music with beats which is a shame because I think if he could understand the way beats work in dubstep he could probably enjoy it a bit. My dad likes good stuff with the stuff he listens to but he is pretty stuck in the 60s/70s.

after some speedcore, noise, breakcore, hardcore, etc escapades they're pretty happy that i put on dubstep inthe car :D
my dad even likes it
but he likes everything from psytrance to dub to idm.. he tha man!!

havent played them any dubstep, but i got my mom into vibesquad, she even played Bass Love at work, apparently. her coworkers werent as fond of it.

My mum will listen to anything play her. She's really open-minded when it comes to music. She loves the "Lady Dub," from Widdler. (She also took a few CD's from my room, and has to mention regularly that she loves "Southern Hospitality," by Ludacris too.)

Not so much with Dad, he doesn't like the use of kicks and some of the basslines annoy him, to which i respond with a blank expression... coz thats like - the best part, really.

my mu likes dubstep like serious shit too she actually really like digital mystikz haunted. my dad however said teh boom boom bass is annoying nad its jsut for pricks with fuck off subs in their car boots. however he does like ska which, it seems will become very trendy and he will for once be in the know.
