New dubstep artist.

Post by j wilderness » Thu Apr 16, 2009 4:49 am

Greetings everyone. I generally produced drum and bass but have always been a big fan of dub/reggae/soca and have seen and heard my friends rock dubstep throughout its existence. I recently fell in love with specific aspects of dubstep(mostly syncopated drums and huge subs) I am currently working on a full length demo of my own material. Expect to hear allot more stuff from me.
cheers

thanks for the support bruv! you may have to sift through a wee bit of drum and bass on there , I hope noone is too impartial to the tune "I wanna get high so high" lol... its pretty much the exact opposite of anything dubstep. lol

Good tunes! not really my style though but big up!!!

I think your drums need a bit more shuffle to them though..but thats entirely personal preference!

hey dude, ive recently convert from dnb to dubstep 2, but seems u may be doing a better job! really feeling the tunes. really like the chilled vibes of thud. got a dnb label in the works www.myspace.com/eightstonerecords but it seems more and more that im going to launch the label as a kinda chilled vibed dubstep label in the summer. that tune is just the kinda vibe ill be look for

thanks guys!

Arktic: Sounds cool bro. I like the looks of the Myspace page too. Looks like it set to go off! I still produced dnb on the side fairly seriously as well. If you ever like any of my tunes and want to see if we can work something out just hit me up at my gmail or AIM = J Wild DnB
